AI Page Design Guide

A SaaS AI page should explain a concrete capability: the task it supports, the information it uses, the output it produces, and the decisions that remain with the user. A broad AI promise is less useful than a clear account of how the feature fits existing work.

The SaaSFrame captures below are design references. Their marketing claims are not independent evidence of accuracy, performance, or current product availability.

Lead with the task AI supports

Help Kit AI Page โ€” customer-support ai hero and conversational product preview
Help Kit AI Page: customer-support ai hero and conversational product preview. View the SaaSFrame reference.

The HelpKit reference frames its AI offering around customer support and places a conversational product image near the hero. Later sections connect that positioning to a knowledge base, customization, usage insight, and a pricing area.

This gives the capability a recognizable job rather than presenting AI as a standalone technology badge. The page should help visitors identify whose work changes and which part of the workflow is affected.

Avoid claiming an outcome solely because an interface mockup displays it. A screenshot demonstrates presentation, not the quality of every generated response.

Explain inputs and outputs through workflow

Maze AI Page โ€” ai research workflow examples: questions, follow-ups, trends, and naming
Maze AI Page: ai research workflow examples: questions, follow-ups, trends, and naming. View the SaaSFrame reference.

The Maze capture organizes AI-powered product discovery around visible research tasks, including question assistance, follow-up, trends, and naming. Product images accompany the individual capabilities.

A sequence of specific tasks makes a broad platform promise easier to evaluate. Show what users provide, what the system produces, and where they can review or edit the result.

Keep the distinction between assistance and automation explicit. Suggesting a question differs from publishing a study, and summarizing responses differs from making a research decision.

Present control as part of the value

Users need to understand review, correction, and available settings. Explain relevant constraints through the actual product model rather than promising unrestricted control.

Where output can be uncertain, describe a practical review step. Do not claim flawless results or treat a confident visual presentation as proof of correctness.

Information about data handling, available plans, and usage limits should be easy to reach when it affects adoption. Link to maintained product documentation for details that change over time.

Separate demonstration from evidence

Composer AI Page โ€” video demonstration and conversational trading interface
Composer AI Page: video demonstration and conversational trading interface. View the SaaSFrame reference.

The Composer reference combines an AI-for-trading hero, a video entry, a conversational interface example, and sections about creativity, clarity, and control. A substantial FAQ area addresses further questions.

The structure shows how demonstration and explanation can sit on one page. For any consequential domain, avoid presenting a product demo or testimonial as a guarantee of user outcomes.

Use evidence appropriate to the claim. A feature image can support a description of interface controls; measured performance claims need a clearly defined method and source.

Make eligibility and access understandable

Explain whether the capability requires a particular plan, an add-on, an integration, or an invitation. The visitor should know what happens after the CTA.

Choose an action that matches availability: trying a feature, requesting a demo, or joining a waitlist are different commitments. Do not use an immediate-use promise for a gated release.

If several capabilities share a page, identify their relationship and access requirements individually where they differ.

Address objections without a wall of hype

Useful questions concern supported tasks, data sources, review, limits, and setup. Give concise answers and connect them to fuller information when needed.

Testimonials can show a customer's perspective but should remain attributed and contextual. They do not replace a concrete explanation of the capability.

Remove repeated statements that AI makes everything faster. Explain a particular change in the workflow and the tradeoff it creates.

Review the page against the actual product

Ask whether a visitor can explain the feature's input, output, limits, access route, and review responsibility. Check that screenshots and CTA destinations match those answers.

Explore SaaSFrame's AI-page references to compare workflow-led explanations. Borrow the structure of a clear capability story rather than another product's performance claims.

AI page questions

What belongs in the hero?

Name the specific task and intended user, then support the promise with a relevant product view or demonstration.

Does a demo prove accuracy?

No. A demo illustrates an experience. Accuracy or performance claims require appropriately scoped evidence.

Which objections deserve answers?

Explain inputs, outputs, user control, limits, access, and data-handling routes according to the actual feature.
