# Design from Reference: Atlas New Map Project
Create an original, high-fidelity visual design inspired by the reference. Prioritize composition, typography, colors, spacing, and component styling over technical implementation.
## Reference
- **Product:** Atlas
- **Category:** Empty

Analyze the screenshot first. If inaccessible, request it rather than guessing.
## Content
{{content.instructions}}
{{content.data}}
Preserve essential messaging and factual accuracy. Adapt structure and copy length for visual balance; never invent product claims.
## Visual Design
Use this context to reproduce the reference's visual language: layout, typography, colors, spacing, borders, radii, and distinctive elements. The screenshot takes priority if descriptions conflict.

## Output
{{output.instructions}}
Deliver a polished, cohesive design with precise alignment, hierarchy, and spacing. Produce the requested visual artifact, not just a description. If unsupported, explain the limitation.
First thing you notice is that world map dominating the center. It's rendered in soft greens and blues with a terrain-style basemap from Mapbox. Not flashy, just functional. The whole layout follows a clean three-panel structure: layers panel left, map center, actions panel right. It works.
Smart Use of Empty States
The left panel nails the empty state. "No layers - yet" with that stacked diamond icon feels encouraging, not cold. The blue "+ Add data" button is the obvious next step. They're guiding new users without being heavy-handed about it.
Right Panel Does a Lot Without Feeling Heavy
The Data Actions sidebar organizes vector ops, raster ops, and tools into expandable rows with arrow indicators. Below that, integrations show OpenStreetMap and Terrain Tiles with small branded icons. The search bar up top ties it together. Typography is simple, likely Inter or similar. Mostly medium weight with clear hierarchy through size alone.
What Makes It Stand Out
The tab toggle between "Data Actions" and "Layer" is a smart pattern. Keeps the interface tight without burying features. That zoom level indicator showing "1" is a small but thoughtful touch.
