Intercom lets teammates follow conversations without taking ownership

A Followers section in conversation and ticket details lets teammates follow an item without becoming its assignee. A Followed by filter in Search and Views gathers those items, with notifications controlled by a user setting.

Observers can track relevant work and build a personal view without changing who owns the customer conversation.
