Hugging Face adds author filtering to model and dataset discovery

Models and Datasets can now be filtered by author. A persistent card identifies the creator while other filters remain available; a profile button opens the filtered list.

The filter creates a direct path from a trusted creator to their repositories without losing task, size, license, or library refinements.
