Flows 2.0 and Embeds gain survey blocks for text, single-select, multi-select, and rating questions. Conditional actions send people to different steps based on an answer or profile property.

One flow can adapt follow-up content to a respondent's input, making onboarding and feedback prompts more relevant without duplicating entire flows.
