As mmhmm develops new features and expands to more platforms, we are making changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to accurately reflect obligations around your use of new features, as well as how our services will handle your data.

• We’ve added updates to cover our newer features, such as OOO and mmhmm TV, and the additional platforms they may operate on (mobile, web browser).
• We’ve updated information around the creation and use of content on mmhmm due to new cloud-enabled functionalities.

Privacy Policy updates:

• We’ve made updates that increase the readability and transparency of our Privacy Policy; and
• We’ve added information about how we collect and use data to deliver our newest features to you.
